The Writing Center is a free service open to all SWOSU students, faculty and staff who are working on writing-related projects in or out of class. The Writing Center conducts both in-person and online tutoring sessions; these sessions are run by trained peer tutors who are able to help writers at any stage of the writing process, from understanding the assignment prompt to brainstorming topic ideas, organizing paragraphs, formulating thesis statements, proofreading later drafts, or other concerns.
